From the moment you place it, our fulfillment team springs into action in our meticulously organized warehouse, where hundreds of exquisite jewelry pieces are carefully picked and prepared each day. We believe the moment your package arrives should feel every bit as special as the treasures inside.

Once your purchase is complete, we immediately begin the preparation process, which typically spans one to four business days. During this time, your order is readied for dispatch, and you will see a confirmation menu on our website as well as receive an email notification the moment your pieces are en route.

After processing, your Elara treasures embark on their journey to your doorstep. While most deliveries arrive within ten to fifteen days from shipment, please allow for occasional variation due to customs procedures, regional holidays, or carrier delays. We partner with trusted logistics providers to monitor every package in transit, and our customer care team is always available should you have any questions along the way.
